The Scientific Coordination Office (WKS) Bavaria-Africa and the Representation of the Free State of Bavaria to the European Union are delighted to extend an invitation to the “Cooperation Lounge Africa-Europe: Science meets Politics,” scheduled for December 10-11, 2024, in Brussels.

This event is designed to promote science diplomacy through strengthening African-European collaborations in research and innovation. We look forward to hosting stakeholders from academia, research sectors, the private industry, civil society, foundations, and political bodies from both continents. The gathering aims to foster connections and discuss the prospects and hurdles in transcontinental research collaborations between Bavaria, Europe, and Africa.
